LEASE RENEWAL COMPLETED AT BRIDGESTONE EMEA HQ

Having acquired Unit 10 Fingal Bay Business Park, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin in 2021, MCD Property, acting on behalf of Arrow Capital Partners, has now completed the renewal of the lease to Bridgestone, the world’s largest tyre and rubber company.

Unit 10 comprises a modern detached distribution facility which extends to a total area of approx. 7,003 sq. m (75,382 sq. ft.) on a site of approx. 1.2 ha (3.1 acres). The building incorporates an impressive 7 dock levellers, 1 standard grade door and a clear internal eaves height of approx. 8.0 meters with an extensive marshalling yard. There are two floors of modern open plan office accommodation situated to the front elevation.

The building, which is strategically located approx. 4.0 kms from the M1 Motorway along the Dublin – Belfast economic corridor, will continue to serve as Bridgestone’s HQ and distribution facility for the island of Ireland.
