RECENT DEALS SHOW CONTINUED OCCUPIER DEMAND IN THE MARKET

In a continuing sign of occupier demand in the market MCD Property is pleased to announce a number of leasing deals completed recently. A selection of these include;
A new long term lease with fast growing Irish company Flying Elephant for almost 40,000 sq. ft off the Naas Road at George Cooke Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.
The letting of a recently refurbished high bay logistics unit at Jamestown Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11 to Turkish headquartered logistics company Barsan Global Logistics.
A long term lease with technology and diagnostics company Enfer Group at Southern Links Business Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.
