MCD Property, acting on behalf of Arrow Capital Partners, has recently completed the acquisition of an attractive distribution facility, at Fingal Bay Business Park, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

The property has been purchased by Arrow Capital Partners for its €3bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) Fund. The property was sourced and acquired off market by JP McDonagh of MCD Property.
