MCD Property is a recently formed, independent real estate agency and advisory firm specialising in the industrial and logistics property sector. The Company was founded by JP McDonagh, an industry expert with over fifteen years’ experience in the sector.

JP has been involved in many of the keys deals in the industrial sector over the past number of years and has an intrinsic knowledge of the market and the dynamics which drive the market.

Most recently JP was a Director of the Industrial Department at Knight Frank whilst prior to this he was an Associate Director at consultancy firm GVA Donal O Buachalla. JP started his career with Lambert Smith Hampton in the early 2000’s. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
